'The Gentlemen': Netflix Series Premieres March 7th

Netflix has released character posters for "The Gentlemen" a series based on Guy Ritchie's 2019 film.

The posters provide a close-up look at main characters played by Theo James, Giancarlo Esposito, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, Vinnie Jones and Joely Richardson.

Scheduled to premiere in about three weeks the series introduces a fresh storyline within the realm of drugs, espionage and opulence.

Guy Ritchie the filmmaker praises the TV format for enabling deeper exploration of "The Gentlemen" universe compared to movies.

Ritchie expresses his preference for long-form storytelling, hinting at potential future TV projects.

The series revolves around Eddie Horniman inheriting his father's estate, uncovering its connection to a marijuana empire and navigating Britain's criminal underworld to protect his family.

The ensemble cast includes Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Ings, Joely Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Giancarlo Esposito, among others.

Ritchie serves as an executive producer and creator, directing the first two episodes and co-writing with Matthew Read.

"The Gentlemen" series is slated to premiere on Netflix on March 7.
