Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert film set for global release – as it happened

Taylor Swift's concert film, "The Era's Tour", will make its debut in British theaters this October, eight months before the live tour in the UK.

The film will be released in more than 100countries including the UK from October 13.

This release date coincides with its previously announced launch in the US, Canada and Mexico.

The film was recorded during the first three nights of Taylor Swift's six nights of performances at SoFi Stadium in California in August.

On the first day of pre-sales in the US, the film set a record by grossing $37 million (£30.3 million).

"The Eras Tour" is directed by Sam Wrinch, known for directing concert films for artists such as Billie Eilish and Lizzo.

The duration of the film is 165 minutes. However, it is not clear which contains 44 songs and runs for over three hours.
