The Orange County District Attorney's Office made the decision a little more than a month after Beador's arrest for a hit-and-run incident while driving under the influence of alcohol.

Beador crashed his car into a house in Newport Beach, California, causing property damage including scattered pieces of concrete and debris.

Video footage of the incident shows Beador driving at a high speed, turning sharply into the building, backing out, and then fleeing the scene.

When police arrived, Beador parked his vehicle in the middle of the road and pretended to walk his dog Archie.

A witness called 911, after which police arrested Beador.
