'Oppenheimer' cast walks out from movie’s Premiere

The walkout occurred shortly before a strike by American acting union SAG-AFTRA over a disagreement with Hollywood studios.

The actor appeared on the red carpet but left before the screening could begin.

I have to acknowledge the work of our incredible cast led by Cillian Murphy,

Christopher Nolan 'Oppenheimer' premiere. Negotiations broke down between the actors and the studio.

The strike is the first in the industry since 1980 and the first with the Writers Guild since 1960.

The strike would result in the shutdown of Hollywood productions across the United States.
