Jonathan Majors' Ex-Girlfriend Arrested on Assault Charges: Case Closed by Manhattan District Attorney
Marvel actor Jonathan Majors' ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, surrendered herself to the NYPD and was arrested on charges of assault and criminal mischief.
The arrest took place at Manhattan's 10th Precinct, seven months after a domestic altercation between Majors and Jabbari.
Both charges against Jabbari are misdemeanors, and she was released with a desk appearance ticket, as confirmed by the NYPD.
Jonathan Majors had previously been arrested in March for allegedly assaulting Jabbari.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office announced that they would not prosecute the case due to a lack of prosecutorial merit, and the matter is now closed and sealed.
In a court filing earlier in the week, the Manhattan district attorney's office stated that they would decline to prosecute any charges brought by the NYPD against Ms.
Jabbari related to the incident on March 25, 2023, effectively meaning that Jabbari will not be prosecuted for any crime in this case.
A judge denied a motion to dismiss the assault case against Jonathan Majors and set a trial date for November 29.
