Elton John's farewell show in Stockholm

British singer Elton John's farewell tour of his biggest hit, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, ended in Stockholm on Saturday night.

Elton John has promised his millions of fans that they will always be in his "head, heart and soul".

Elton John has performed approximately 4,600 times around the world during his remarkable career spanning 50 years.

The 76-year-old singer has also won at least five Grammy Awards.

The 76-year-old singer said: "They are really incredible. And they are the best, I tell you, the best."

Elton John opened his show with Bennie and the Jets and performed some of his other hits including Philadelphia Freedom, Tiny Dancer, Rocket Man and Candle in the Wind.
