Dakota Johnson to Host Second "SNL" Show of 2024 with Musical Guest Justin Timberlake

Dakota Johnson is set to host the second "SNL" show of 2024 on January 27, marking her second time hosting the NBC late-night show.

Accompanying Johnson is musical guest Justin Timberlake, making his fifth solo appearance on "SNL" after a decade since his last stage performance on December 21, 2013.

Johnson takes the stage just before the release of her new movie "Madame Web" in theaters on February 14.

The announcement follows the first "SNL" episode of 2024 on January 20, hosted by Jacob Elordi and featuring musical guest Renée Rapp.

"SNL" is scheduled to air an original episode on February 3, with guest announcements yet to come.

The show returned for its Season 49 premiere on October 14, hosted by Pete Davidson, which garnered 4.8 million viewers, a 19% increase from the previous season's 2022 premiere.

Former cast member Kate McKinnon made her hosting debut on December 16, reuniting with "SNL" alums Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig for the holiday episode.

Other fall hosts included Emma Stone, Bad Bunny, Nate Bargatze, Jason Momoa and Timothée Chalamet.
