Instagram captioned his post in which he wrote We now know when the @fifaworldcup 2026 final will take place as well as the format for the first-ever 48 team editions of the tournament after both were approved at the FIFA Council meeting in Kigali.
FIFA World 2026 edition had a total 80 matches but decision to increase the number of games 104 was approved by FIFA’s council at a meeting on Tuesday.
